One photographer, one day, one consistent look for your whole team. We bring the studio to your office, so nobody loses half a day traveling to a session.

Team sessions start at $2,000 for 8 to 12 people, with 10 to 15 minutes per person and retouched images delivered in 3 business days.

Mismatched headshots, one in front of a window and another cropped from a vacation photo, make a company look less cohesive than it is. We set up a professional portrait studio in a conference room or open space and photograph your team in short, relaxed sessions. Most people are in and out in 10 to 15 minutes, so your office stays productive while we work.

Everyone gets the same lighting, background, and polish. You get a team page, LinkedIn profiles, and press materials that all match.

How It Works

  1. Tell us about your team. Share your headcount, location, and ideal dates.

  2. We plan the day. You receive a simple schedule template and a short style guide to send your staff.

  3. We set up on site. We arrive early and need only a small room with an outlet.

  4. Your team rotates through. Each person gets posing direction and a quick look at their images.

  5. Edited images arrive within 3 business days. Each person receives a private gallery to download from.

Essentials Session: $2,000

For teams of 8 to 12 people.

For teams of up to 32 people.

  • Up to 8 hours of shooting time at your office

Larger Teams or Multiple Locations

Booked individually, a 16-person shoot would run $4,920 or more. Your team day starts at $3,000.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Additional retouched images: $85 per image

  • Group or leadership team photo (up to about 30 people): $350, included with the Full-Day session

  • Rush delivery (edited images within 2 business days): 25% of your session fee

  • Hair and makeup artist: quoted per project

  • Travel: included within 25 miles of Arlington, VA. A mileage fee applies beyond that.

Smaller Teams and Individuals

Teams of fewer than 8, or individual professionals? Book a studio or on-location session instead. You get the same lighting, direction, and polish, with a flexible schedule.

  • Individual or small group sessions: $450 per hour. Images are selected and purchased separately at $195 per image.

  • Small team (2 to 7 people): $325 per person, which includes 1 retouched image. Session times are 15-20 minutes per person.

FAQ

How long does each person take? About 10 to 15 minutes, including posing direction and a quick look at the results. We keep the schedule moving so your office is not disrupted.

How much space do we need? About 10 x 12 feet, or a conference room with an outlet.

Does our building need anything from us? Many DC-area buildings require a certificate of insurance and advance notice for loading dock or freight elevator access. We provide an insurance certificate on request and will coordinate with your building manager.

What if someone is out that day? They can book an individual studio session, or we can add them to a later team day.

Can we use the photos anywhere? Yes. Images are licensed for the company's web, social, print, and press use.

Can you match our brand colors or use a custom backdrop? Yes. Mention it when you inquire.

How do we hold a date? A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on the day of the shoot. Rescheduling is free with 7 days' notice.
